Peer Review Process

Peer Review is the process of scrutinizing the authors work by the professionals and expertise from the related field. This requires a group of experts in the specified fields who are well qualified and able to perform impartial review. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and prevents the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by scholars and professionals.

Reviewer usually includes an explicit recommendation of what to do with the manuscript submitted. They choose the options like

  • Accept unconditionally
  • Accept with certain improvements
  • Reject; can encourage for revision
  • Reject out rightly

GJAET strictly follows the blind method of reviewing, where the reviewers are not aware of the authors of the manuscripts which are being reviewed by them. This is included to prevent any sort of partiality. GJAET reviewers are good expertise in the respective fields, selected after thorough screening.
